   It is correctly stated that Health is the actual Wealth that a person can retain. Health and fitness are the important factors for living the life fullest. Many people have a perception that Heath and fitness are different from beauty. Whereas Beauty, Health and Fitness go hand in hand with each other. A healthy person is not only fit but also beautiful and the happiest person anyone can see. A balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining good health as well as for maintaining the beauty. Being healthy is a way of maintaining the body in a good way. Maintaining Health and fitness helps you feel good and look good. There are several campaigns that are being carried out on maintaining health and fitness as it has become a necessity for every being to stay active and healthy in the busy lives. Most of the celebrities or fashion icons who maintain good health and diet not only look fit but also beautiful. Healthy habits improve your physical appearance, mental stability, ability to perform activities in a better way, which help you lead a stress-free lifestyle. Protecting body from the intake of harmful substances, doing regular exercises, having proper food and sleep are some of the important instances that define a healthy Person.

              Maintaining health and beauty is a very easy task and can be done at any time apart from working out in gyms. There are many Indian theories which say that if closely observed most of the beauty products which also help in maintaining health and fitness are present in kitchen and are affordable. Some of the Indian spices that help in maintaining beauty and health at the same time are:

Turmeric: Turmeric has wonderful anti ageing, antibiotic and antiseptic properties. Most of the Indians apply to their skin for skin lightening. Most of the foreign beauty products have also started using turmeric as the main content. Turmeric acts as an antiseptic and antibiotic it is generally consumed along with milk for better results especially to cure any bruises or any inner illness in the body.

Ginger: Ginger has toning and antioxidant properties which help in maintaining skin and health at the same time. Ginger contains 40 antioxidant properties that prevent free radical damage and protect against aging. It helps in curing Respiratory problems and aids Digestion Ginger when used as a Scrub in combination with Sugar and oil stimulates Blood Circulation. Ginger has detoxifying and invigorating qualities, which are highly beneficial to maintain a healthy life style. Ginger is as effective as vitamin B6 in treating morning sickness. 

Mustard Seeds: Being the  second most popular spice sold across the world, Mustard seeds cure the problem of Rheumatic arthritis, migraine, respiratory problem etc.They are excellent source of selenium and a very good source of omega-3 fatty acids  Many people in India use mustard oil in cooking. Mustard seeds act as natural scrub which hydrates the skin and prevents aging.

Apart from the spices mentioned above Cinnamon, Garlic, Chamomile are some of the other spices which help in maintaining health and beauty at the same time. These spices can be used in your regular diet. The amount of intake of these spices should also be considered.

Most of the people who take fitness regime tend to follow different diet chart where in they sacrifice their favorite foods and starve themselves under the name of diet. This will in no way help in maintaining health but instead detains health and the skin. A proper diet is the one with which one is happy and also able to maintain good health, as the dieticians say regular intake of food in small quantities can help on to be healthy and active. One can maintain good body and be happy not by sacrificing his food desire but by taking small quantities of what you like to satisfy your cravings, because when you appreciate yourself that’s when you are beautiful and appreciation is only possible one is happy with themselves.
