All of us want flawless skin, don’t we? But, do we really do enough to get it? Those late nights that we put into work, or the extra heat that we put our skin go through, oh and worst of all when we take to literally no preventions. All of us are pretty much aware of the CTM therapy- Clean, Tone and Moisturize; we make our skin go through the dozens of face washes and scores of creams. Not that there were enough skin types, the combination skin types are another pain.

Good things they say don’t happen overnight, and therefore, here are some tips that you must take to in order to keep your face clean.

  1. The Principle Thumb Rule!

Sounds like some physics analogy? But well, this is in real the very basic rule we all need to follow. No matter how tired you are, or what a busy day you have had, make sure you remove your makeup before sleeping. Your skin needs to breathe, and with all that make up you are only inviting blemishes, blackheads and what not.

Healthy eating habits are one of the major cause of all the glow and clear skin. You know you need fruits, green vegetables, sufficient vitamins, and a healthy diet. You don’t want to cause your eating habits to affect your skin.

  1. Work it up!

Another of the golden rule! While you work out, jog, do yoga or exercise in any form, you are actually allowing for better blood circulation, and that is yet another key to getting healthy skin. If you keep to busy or are always stuck up, a half an hour walk would do no harm!

Well, all of us love to sleep; we get enough time or not. So, make sure you manage to get at least 8 hours of beauty sleep as your skin needs rest and if not given adequate rest, it tires off and the effects are pretty much visible.

  1. Preventing Acne

One of the most common problems for all of us is acne; and the easiest solution is to wash your face 3-4 times a day with warm water and massage it in circular motion. You can use cleansers, face packs and follow them with a moisturizer.

  1. Don’t forget to pamper yourself!

Make sure to choose the right kind of skin care routine for your skin type. You don’t want to mess it up. If you have dry skin, use cleansing techniques and soap free cleansers. For those with dry skin type, provide your skin enough moisture, while for the ones with sensitive and combination skin types, you must be extra careful while you choose your products as well as routine! You need extra care!

And that was about it. You can work up on the above points and have clean and glowing skin!
