So what’s better natural or artificial products? We all know for the fact that natural way of going is the best and the safest way ..

 

FIX YOUR DRY SKIN:

Antioxidants are good for the wear and tear of the skin. “hydration is the most important skin saver at this stage!” we have several face masks that suits your skin type..

Recipe for dry and aging skin;-  1 ripe banana

1stp honey

1 tbsp milk

and a pinch of turmeric.

Mix all these into a paste ,mash the banana properly to make a good thick paste and apply this mixture on your face and leave it for 15mins.

Wash and pat dry. This will keep your skin soft and fresh.

 

ROUGH PATCHES AND DRY HANDS:

Often the texture of our hands and legs change with climatic conditions..

To keep them moist and healthy or rather looking it at say, making them look full and clean, there are a lot of hand lotions, scrubs and masks available in the market. These do work for temporary purpose.

Recipe for dry and rough hands:

1:- Take a bowl and add few drops of lemon juice in it.

Add gram flour (1/2 cup) in the bowl and 1 tbsp of milk.

Make a paste of  this mixture add little water or rose water to liquidify it. Soak your hands in it, or apply this paste on your hands and legs..allow it to dry , wash off with warm water and see for yourself the changes.

This mixture helps lighten and soften the skin. Natural home remedies works wonders.

 

DETOXIFY YOUR FACE:

Humidity can take a toll on your skin, with environmental changes, so these changes are natural and they are bound to happen. Lets take a close look on the changes that happen, say for instance, heat, humidity, stress levels, pollution etc causes skin irritability.

Recipe to detoxify your face:

1 tbsp of cucumber juice, 2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tbsp of crushed blueberries or black grapes, add few drops of rose water, and mix it, apply this mixture on the face for 15 to 20 mins..

this mixture when applied removes the dirt, and radicals away it’s a very soothing and cooling mask for the facial skin. Dry it and wash with cold water and pat dry.

Maintain this regime and routine 2wice a week. And see the results.

 

 

FOR ACNE AND INFLAMED SKIN:

One can take care of their skin by eating right, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle..

Recipe for acne prone skin… take 1 tea bag of white tea and add 1 cup of distilled water add few leaves of peppermint leaves, add 2 drops of lavender oil and bring it to boil.

Pour this conoction in the spray bottle and refrigerate it, use it often as a simple mix. This spray will effectively work wonders for the acne prone skin.  Ensure a great regime for your skin to keep its elasticity intact..
