The now internationally renowned ecological day was originally founded in 1971 by a group of 17 people protesting against the off shore nuclear tests in Alaska. The Greenpeace Day is celebrated on 15th September every year.

The Greenpeace Foundation has become the world’s largest environmental organisation which is independent. This foundation focuses on variety of important issues such as rainforest deforestation, overfishing, global warming, commercial whaling and so on.

This is the time to get active and passionate about our environment. Volunteer in the activities related to save the planet from erosion and global warming. Plant as much trees as possible. Avoid using products which affects the planet.
