Having sweaty palms while you going out can be embarrassing especially when you meet people and you have to shake hands. But this embarrassment can be avoided by constant care and following some of the home remedies mentioned below.
- Use Baby Powder
Apply baby powder to your hands if they are sweating mildly.
- Tea
Tea is a natural anti-perspirant. Soak tea bags or tea powder in warm water. Let it cool and then soak your hands in this water to reduce sweating.
- Anti- Perspirant
We all know anti perspirants are used to avoid sweaty underarms. But this can be helpful even for your sweaty hands. Get the unscented clinical strength anti – perspirant to avoid chemicals.
- Baking Soda
Pour some baking soda in lukewarm water and soak your hands for 15 to 30 minutes every day. Baking soda also helps in making the nail tips strong.
- Wash your hands
Keep your hands clean. You will have to wash your hands more frequently than others if your palms get sweaty. No need to wash every time with soap. If you are washing hands to get rid of sweat, than only water will do.
- Keep Paper Towel handy
After washing your hands, dry it them with paper towel. Therefore, carry paper towels with you everywhere you go.
- Drink Water
Water helps to reduce the heat from your body. This will reduce perspiration.
- Tomato Juice
Put tomato juice in luke warm water then soak and scrub your hands in the water for half an hour.
- Cool off your Hands
Hold your hands in front of the fan or air conditioner and cool them off. People get sweaty hands when they are overheated; hence, this is a very effective way.
- Stay Calm
When people are stressed or suffering anxiety, they tend to sweat. Hence, try to relax and calm your body. Meditation really helps here.
