Dubai, UAE – The Creative Cubes Gallery, in collaboration with Gallery 76 at the Dubai International Art Centre (DIAC), proudly presents Transience: The Flow of Being, a compelling contemporary art exhibition running from June 14 to 21, 2025.
Curated by artist and curator Swapnil Jawale, Transience invites the public to explore themes of impermanence, transformation, and the evolving self through the work of 24 multidisciplinary artists from around the globe. The exhibition is a vibrant meditation on the fleeting nature of time, memory, and identity — offering deeply personal and philosophical responses to a world in constant motion.
“We are never in one state of being — we are in constant motion, becoming new with every moment,” shares curator Swapnil Jawale.
Highlights of the Exhibition Include:
- Marwa Elbadawi: Meditative minimalism inspired by Islamic metaphysics and wabi-sabi.
- Murugesh Thaigarajan: Vibrant canvases questioning human disconnection in a digital world.
- Srirupa Bose: Conceptual installation IMPRINTS explores layered memory through tree rings.
- Swapnil Jawale: Works from Shivakala: Timeless Creations, fusing Indian symbolism with expressive forms.
- Isabelle Alves: Nature-inspired mosaics reflecting intricate craftsmanship and meditative beauty.
- Kritika Iyer: The Malar series explores femininity through floral form and textile heritage.
- Ulyana Okava: Spiritually resonant pieces advocating ecological awareness and healing.
- Saliha Hanif & Asma Mehmood: Abstract calligraphy transformed into soulful visual poetry.
Additional featured artists include: Pari Sagar, Smithashree Balaji, Sonia Sahni, Akansha Kshatriya, Ravindra Parkhi, and others whose works collectively create a space for contemplation, emotion, and dialogue.
The exhibition was inaugurated on June 14 by Khurshid Vakil, Co-Founder of Marina Home Interiors, alongside a distinguished gathering of art patrons and cultural leaders.
